We booked this hotel at the last minute due to travel plans changing due to the power outage. It is a bit strange that you have to upload all your details but actually worked out fine as we were able to enter the property without any person checking us in. It is in the centre of the city and it is an old building so a bit noisy at times but safe.

This is a fabulous property. If you're staying in Madrid the location couldn't be better. The check in and out is super easy, and the apartment was a great size for our family of four. The personal touches left by the Sonder team were gorgeous. We mentioned that it was our daughters birthday and when we returned that evening she found a note and some lollies to help celebrate her day. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay and we will definitely be rebooking. Thanks Sonder, you really made our stay memorable.

Heart of Central Madrid, super convenient, very close to Puerta del Sol. Spacious 1 BR w/ pullout sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. Washer in unit and bathroom is clean. Only negative is that it gets very loud at night as there are night clubs adjacent and across the street. Hotel Sonder team who comes to bring you supplies is so sweet and nice! Be aware though this location will charge you if you ask for more than 1 replacement if towels. Otherwise, it's spacious, centrally located, and will make your stay in Madrid east and enjoyable.

Great location

Great stay. I would recommend Sonder as al alternative to hotels, especially when travel with family. The location of this Sonder is perfect and close to all of Madrid famous landmarks at the city center. Close to public transportation and right above a mini market which made eating or having some snacks at the property very convenient.

Place was conveniently located with everything I needed. However, it was very loud with no soundproofing. I could hear people talking/ walking/ using the bathroom in other units like they were next to me. The noise from the club and street below could almost be drowned out if the fan was on max.

Everything was just perfect. Would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Madrid. We had an issue with the entry code, but received immediate attention by phone, and even revived a visit by David (assistant) who was very helpful and gave us amazing dinning recommendations near by.
