This property was amazing. The rooms are clean. So convenient with a kitchenette. The bathroom was extraordinary with the rainfall showerhead as well. Adriana went above and beyond for us. Would recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back.

Adriana checked us in she was very courteous. She supplied is with plates cutlery for our room. They have 4 or five nice firpits behing hotel with chairs where you can make your own fire. Room was clean and newly decorated. Bathroom was updated with rainfall showerhead as well as reg showerhead. Have stayed here 2 times and both times same level of service and accommodations. Very clean, well furnished room. Recent renovations have nicely updated the room. Full kitchen great for longer stay. Would like to be able to have control of room temperature. 19C is a little low for winter night with minus double digits outside temperature. anticipated.

The room was beautiful, giant king bed in own bedroom, nice big jetted tub in bathroom and everything u needed in the kitchen to cook your own meals and keep from eating out. Balcony was nice. 5 to 6 minute walk to parliament hill and 10 minutes to rideau mall. Only bad thing i csn say is mornings can be loud with garbage trucks.

This is a DO NOT stay location as far as we are concerned. It is an older motel and is situated right on busy Highway 7. There was no facecloth! You can see daylight at the bottom and side of the door! The key to your door is in a lockbox beside the door! It is NOT on a lake! It cost $187.29 and if it had been $87.29 it would have been too much. Totally unhappy with our stay!

It was an all around lovely stay. Staff was prompt and helpful as we couldn’t find the wifi password and she came right over and helped us. If we needed anything they were available to help. The fire pit was so cozy and so nice! It was a great two nights spent. The place is newly renovated and so clean and the beds pillows sheets etc were all so cozy and comfy!! Definitely a great place to stop and stay when needed

Nice kitchenette but no plates or cutlery. Had a coffee maker but no coffee pods. No screens on the windows. No latch on the front door. Very poor view and noisy. No thermostat. For the price we paid, this was not what we expected. Won't be back again.

We checked in before the party we went to the party we were attending in case we were late to check in, No one was there and we called the number on the window and no one answered. We decided to leave and as we were leaving the employee of the Motel was pulling in and flagged us down so we went back in to check in. It took a little time as they did not have WIFI or correct forms. The rooms were not ready so we were told that he would text us and leave the keys in the lockbox, We did not hear back from him so we decided to drive home. We received the text with the info after it was too late.
