I absolutely love the staff that I interacted with. I really need to sing the praises of Miss Susie. I came to the breakfast area and asked if they were any gluten-free options because I have celiac disease. Unfortunately, this area doesn’t really cater for people with dietary issues. Miss Susie was curious and asked questions and what protocols would need to be followed in order for me to be able to eat.

Clean room great staff.

We stayed overnight the staff were amazing really nice. The bed was so comfortable the room was clean. Breakfast was great the worker was really nice. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit that area.

TL; DR: great hotel, extra crappy Taco Bell. Everyone on staff that we interacted with were absolute sweethearts and so welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was a little bend disappointed by the shower heads but they were standard shower heads. I wasn’t a big fan of the shower curtain either but those are my only complaints with the exception of the Taco Bell right down the street. I mean, I know that I was getting a late night Taco Bell, and I didn’t have expectations for them at all, but this particular Taco Bell, went above and beyond to exceed my least expectations. Avoid the Taco Bell nearby at all costs! In my opinion it was possibly the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had in my 46 years on this planet. The hotel, for the location, was great for the area and I would stay there again.

The location was very quiet. The parking lot could have used more lighting. The fabric on the box springs on our bed was stained and looked like they were beyond needing replacing. The sink basin in the bathroom was cracked in three directions nearly from one side to another and was darkly stained making it very noticeable. The room was very good sized and well appointed.

Perfectly Delightful Stay, with 1 glitch

We had a lovely stay at this property. Comfortable room & beds, good pillows, good lighting, mostly clean room -- and an extraordinary breakfast experience. "Susie," who oversaw the breakfast room Sunday morning, could not have been more sweet and welcoming -- she even stopped by the table periodically to clean off used plates, etc, and ask if she could bring us anything! (We were a group of 4, then 6, then 8 adults in town for a 50th high school class reunion.) I have never experienced such a kind, sweet, helpful breakfast service at a self-serve establishment! One sad glitch -- when we checked into the room, we found "poop speckles" all over the inside of the toilet bowl. We let the front desk know about it when we came back from dinner in town, and it was cleaned after we took our showers the following morning. But we spent the night with stranger's poop clinging to the inside of the toilet. But I must say, the front desk apologized when I called their attention to it, and they did clean it the morning of our 2nd day there.

Everything was good until I saw that the sheets on one bed were dirty and stained. The housekeeping staff agreed that the sheets didn’t look like they had been changed. They were very apologetic and were going to find who serviced the room.
