While the staff was lovely, and the bedding appeared clean, the building itself left a lot to be desired as it is worn and perhaps inhabited by some as their home.

Aging facility that is in good shape, well maintained, clean. Breakfast was unappealing, little real food. (Yogurt had artificial sweetener, oats had sugar added, coffee machine gave chemical taste, butter was "whipped spread") Bathrooms had big dispenser of soap, shampoo but no lotion. Washcloths far from tub.

Room floor was so sticky and clearly not cleaned. I didn’t want to remove shoes. Bathroom not clean. There was toilet paper stuck in the door jamb of the bathroom wall to replace the rubber stopper. The lobby and rooms smelled terrible. Beds and sheets were clean tho. We checked out early. Staff were friendly tho.

The staff was so helpful and accomodating! We really enjoyed the free 24 hour coffee and waffles for breakfast. It was everything we needed and nothing fancy. Parking was fine and it was located easily off the highway. If you are looking for a reasonable price, and fairly close to downtown . . . this is the place.

Good location & great rates. Elevator & AC need repairs. Would’ve told someone at the front desk, but, in the 2 nights we stayed we never saw anyone at the desk after we checked in.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My family came here i think either a year to 2 years ago, and had a pleasant stay! Even left a great review! However, this time wasn't as pleasant at all. First off parking, if you have a long trailer and vehicle you are trying to park, good luck, I had to take up 5 spaces because they had random trailers in the lot, plus glass scattered too, not good at all. Staff and preparation, the Staff member we encountered wasn't very nice, seemed very short and rude with her replies, and even though I put down on Expedia when I paid, that i would have a child with me, never got any extra blankets for our room, good thing I had extra blankets in my vehicle for him. Soap for the sink was completely empty, barely enough towels, had to move the fold out couch so it wouldn't hit the ac or lamp. All in all it wasn't a very pleasant time this year, was highly disappointed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything I needed—like fresh towels, toiletries, and a working TV and Wi-Fi—was provided. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

For the price I excepted it to be a bit cleaner…it was like housekeeping did a once over but not actually wiping things down etc… Pool was nasty…do not recommend getting in. My husband got in with our daughter and he knew immediately it wasn’t clean water… Breakfast was okay. It wasnt great, but it wasn’t bad. It did have a variety and the coffee was actually pretty good. Check out was easy. Staff was helpful but limited language so they struggled to understand what we were asking but did try to help.

The breakfast was not good. The second morning we went next door to eat at perkins. I didn't use the pool or hot tub. The front desk clerk was hard to understand and never made eye contact. Did not seem friendly. Room was decent and seemed clean
