If I would have known that housekeeping only clean on specific days depending on your visit then I would have chosen a different hotel. Even upon request, they just took the garbage out and did not refill the towels, clean or change your sheets or make the bed. After being out all day while you are cleaning out your mom’s house and coming back to a not clean room is really disappointing. Also, the room had a damp, musty smell to it when we entered. The staff were helpful especially the black guy that worked the desk during the even time. The free breakfast was good. They had reasonable times and a good selection even with them rotating the food every other day.
