The Eve/night manager was kind of rude. He told us we should have booked straight from the hotel and not Expedia and because we did we wouldn’t get out points.

There was an issue with my check in when I arrived. The staff was patient and helpful. Although it was frustrating the staff remained calm and nice throughout which made the whole process easier to handle. I appreciate her!
