The place was very clean, modern looking yet very cozy and pleasant. I did not have a chance to try breakfast there, but the coffee was very good, and pastries next to it fresh and yummy. The whole place looked like it was either brand new or just renovated.

This property is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in 10 years and I travel one week out of every month. The entire staff from the manager to the housekeeping is not only efficient but exceptionally friendly. Booking another stay in July

Hotel is very clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was kind. My only disappointment was the $7.50 for a bottle of water at the desk.

While the location was the reason I chose the hotel. It was disappointing to open the room and find several three used dental floss picks throughout the room. The staff were nice but the cleaning staff avoided our room. It may have been that I have a Service Dog?! We were gone most of the day returning in the late afternoon around 4:30pm. The cleaning staff were well past our room down the hall. So this was a bit disappointing that they never came in to empty the trash etc. Also our neighbor had their t.v. fairly loud so the walls are pretty thin. The beds were comfy though.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn on October 13 with my two granddaughters. Everything was wonderful. There’s lots of parking. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. They have snacks for sale at the front desk. They have a pool, but it is outside so we did not get to use it. —water too cold. And they have an exercise room which I needed to use, but I didn’t. We stayed there because it is very close to the Georgia Safari Park. If you have not done the African safari there you need to do it. It is wonderful. Madison is a very antebellum downtown historical area with several houses to tour. We ate at Ricky’s Cussinna and the food was excellent. The front desk lady gave me names of restaurants, but then said that Ricky’s was her favorite and she was very right.

I will absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect. It's right off I-20, but not as busy a city as Covington or Conyers. There are still plenty of good places to eat nearby but most close around 9 PM. The building and grounds look new or recently renovated. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - there are no TVs constantly blaring out everywhere and the music playing is mellow, so having breakfast was very relaxing. I loved interacting with the staff - everyone was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and the king bed was comfortable.

All together experience was not bad. But the light in the shower was broke and hanging from the ceiling. When reported to the front desk. They said they knew it has been broken. I feel like that is a safe hazard do to water and electrical wires are dangerous. Also there where no trash bags in room in the trash cans.
