This was the second or third time that my wife and I stayed at this hotel and in addition to being in great location for downtown Madison, the attitudes and energy levels of the onsite employees are fantastic, and this makes the place a very nice place to stay. The staff at the Doubletree Hilton were extremely nice and helpful. The complementary van service was terrific. I was able to get a ride from the airport to the hotel and I was able to get a ride back at 5:15 in the morning on the day I had to leave. The rooms are clean and there is on site parking if you have a car. It’s a little further from the capital than where I usually stay but the van service helped me get to the capital and to a restaurant one night. I never had to Uber the whole time I was there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Such a nice place for our stay! The reception staff was very courteous and helpful. The staff that took care of our rooms was so nice, professional and friendly. We had a drink at the bar our last night there - nice atmosphere and ample selection of cocktails. Would definitely stay there again!
