The property was clean and decently well-kept. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The staff were very present and attentive. It was an unremarkable, very normal stay, and sometimes that's exactly what you want.

Staff was nice, but the property is looking a little worn down. Good location, just as you get into a busier part of town, and right along a main road. TV did not work in the room.

My flight to Madison was super delayed so I didn’t get to check in until almost 2am. The person at the counter was very nice and helped me out with everything. My room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good with hot food, cereals, bagels, juice and coffee.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I feel people need to know before you book at this hotel. The only good thing about this property was that the staff was friendly. There was hair, not mine, in the bathtub, so I could not take a hot bath after a long day. Then there were homeless people staying there, a church pays for them to stay there which is nice of the church, but it made me feel really uncomfortable and not safe. The free breakfast was not very good, then you add the unclean homeless in the dining room with you, you change your mind about eating breakfast. The pool/hot tub was not safe to use due to the drunk men in the pool area multiple times I went down there, glass beer/liquor bottles included. To get to the pool area, you had to walk down this very long hallway that was dirty and stank. The photo is the very long creepy dirty hallway to the pool.

It was a great room and the shower was very nice. Breakfast was good. I was on the 4th floor so no shades on the window. Who's going to look in the window on the 4th floor (408)? However there was a parking lot light that shinned directly into the room right across the beds. When I turned off the room light at night, it was like daylight in the room, again the worst right across the beds. I put pillows in the window to block the light where my head was going to be and put on a eye cover and went to sleep. That room needs a full shade. Not good at all for sleep. I hope management will take note and go up there at 10 pm and take a look. Other than that a great place to stay. I ve stayed there many times.
