We stayed at Belterra overnight to attend a concert. The food at the restaurant was great and the theater was a quick walk from our room. The concert was a lot of fun and we enjoyed a little time in the casino after. The hotel was fully booked, but wouldn’t have known bc our room was amazingly quiet and comfortable!

Room was very clean, large and nice. Whirlpool tub worked great, very large, plenty of hot water. River view was great on the 14th floor. Spa was nice but pricey. Mens steam room was broken when we visited. Massages, sauna and whirlpool tub were great Dining was very nice. Nosh and 19 Steak & Seafood were both really good. Love music and drinks at lounge bar was cool. Casino was kind of cramped and uncomfortable and reeked of cigarettes.

The hotel was clean. The only complaint we have is the music that plays in the lobby was EXTREMELY loud. We could not even talk to each other walking through the lobby. I thought we were at a concert. I know when we are at a hotel I am looking for relaxation not to become deaf.

Casino staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Shower had some mold in it but nothing major. Towels were horribly scratchy, to the point of being uncomfortable to dry with. A one-night stay was $300 for a standard double queen room. That price seems excessive for what's offered and the overall experience.

Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.

The room was beautiful the tub was great the bed and bedding was so soft had a great night sleep the only thing is they could update the headboards starting to peel off and there was no robes like the last time we stayed there and there was no trash bags but had a good time anyway
