The receptionist Shimaa was awful. Check in was at 12.30, we arrived at 4.30 and were not able to get our rooms until 6.00pm. She was unhelpful and do not seem to think it was a problem that we had to wait for our rooms. Hotel is 35 minutes walk from Haram. Not recommended to anyone
