Decent hotel, Excellent shuttle bus service and friendly drivers. Reception staff not a Welcoming behaviour, Housekeeping staff not much helpful while checkout, not a greeting staffs. I thought Hotel is non-smoking, but when we check in room 203 was strong odour smoke smell, room carpet bit dirty. we stayed 10days eventhough told to change bed cover pillow cover, housekeeper never bothered to change it.Apart from shuttle service and decent size rooms, all staffs need to be updated, Sorry to say but its true no one is greeting or welcoming.
