Vacations Close To Maderas del Carmen Biosphere Reserve

No live bodies to help with check in. No coffee in room what so ever. No room service to even order coffee. No directional help at all. Poor directive signage. Slow noisy elevators. Food court expensive with limited choices. Too add insult.. The last night the entire hotel lost all electrical power with no explanation at all! Would never waste another nickel in the place.

Our stay was great! Great location, easy access to the monorail. Genuinely the only negative was the smell of the cleaning stuff they use in the rooms- it is so insanely strong. I’m it’s better than the alternative smells that it’s trying to cover up, 😅 but it soaked into our clothes and luggage which was not ideal.

I loved the space it gave us.

I’ve stayed here since 2012 and it’s a hidden gem and your off the strip but still close enough to walk and feel like you’re staying on the strip and the staff is always nice and friendly and helpful

The hotel was quite convenient with the tram in operation from moving around the strip. The beds were very comfy. I dont know if this hotel do offer mini fridges to be in the room. But besides that a very quiet hotel and smells like fresh baked cookies is a plus.
