I love my stay at the spring hill suites. The staff are great and very willing to help. the breakfast was good. They give you a lot of options. only thing is that the rooms needs to be updated. they are very spacious and roomy but updating will take it to the next level. they also need to switch to smart TVS And the rooms need better lighting.

The place is new and the rooms were great. Spacious. Only concern is the AC can not be angled and the direction of the breeze is aimed at the bed thats right next to it. Not a huge deal. Loved this place.

Everything was clean, you can tell it s an old building though. We stayed here to rest before we finished our trip towards Atlanta, we didn’t use any amenities as we didn’t have time to. It was just convenient to hop back on the highway. It was a bit pricey for how old the building was but it s ok since they were busy with World Cup fans.

my only negative is regarding the time of breakfast. With Check out being 11 breakfast ending at 930 was not great. We went down about 915 and some items were already gone but there was probably 20 people show up around the same time. They had banana bread muffins that were yummy but only 1 person in our group got one. Waffle mix ran out, they brought some out but the. it would not dispense. The night staff was very kind, the room was clean and laid out well for our multi-gen family. We would stay again.

Bummer, room was a disaster when we walked in and transferred rooms. The gym was locked bc kids kept going in it. The business center computer was down both of them. The printer was messed up. The room lock case fell off our new room and battery was dead. We couldn't get in for an hour. The breakfast room was so packed that nothin was left by time we got down to eat so not even a cup of coffee until they got it refilled... And no food. Won't be back.
