Our experience at this hotel was outstanding!!! The rooms were neatly arranged and clean, and the staff were very professional. We visit Macon GA twice a year and Residence Inn is always our #1 hotel of choice. The staff provides outstanding guest services characterized by warmth, personal respect and responsiveness. Room was clean and had every amenity for a successful overnight visit to Macon, GA. The only issue was an overpowering bleach smell from cleaning the room when I first got to the room; but on advising staff, they sprayed a room freshener and turned on the air conditioning system to remove the odor. The bed linens also smelled strongly of bleach.

A bit noisy for my tastes. It is certainly "easy on, easy off." Breakfast was great. It had oatmeal and their fixings. It had eggs and potatoes and meats. I do recommend staying here. Just be prepared for room and environmental noise.
