While the property is kind of dated, it is kept up very well and is very clean. People in the parking lot were rather noisy.

Check in was extremely fast. The air is not on in the rooms and it room hours for it to finally cool down (July it’s hot out!) bed was broken. No body wash and shampoo was empty. In one room shower wasn’t working. AC unit is unbelievably loud sounds like a car in the room. Breakfast is decent (eggs, biscuit, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juice coffee.

My husband, our toddler, and I stayed on our way to Orlando. This property was quite nice! Our room was beautiful, big, and comfy after 8hrs of travel. We picked up a pizza locally and ate in our room since it was so late. The hotel was pretty peaceful and quiet for the most part. We had no issues checking in and check out was a breeze! We will be staying here again if we ever take another vacay to FL

Convenient, somewhat clean, BUT needs maintenance

The bed was comfortable but could tell mattress was old and lumpy. There was tares in sheets. The room was clean; however, there was a leak under the sink and I did see a couple of roaches coming from the loose shower valve. The room was NOT secure, I discovered that even with the door completely shut I could just turn the lever and it would open without scanning my access card. Also got woke up about 4:00am due to a drunk guest in room near mine.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The water in the shower couldn't turn off, so ran rather loudly all night, and the toilet ran, and water slowly dripped out of the valve onto the floor. Just needed a little maintenance.

The lobby area seemed nice, but when we walked in our room it was dirty and disgusting. Towels and sheets were stained, bathroom was disgusting, and floors were dirty. We killed multiple bugs in our room during our stay. The last straw was the awful smell of marijuana in our room. What was worse, was I told management about it and they knew exactly who to go to immediately. They knew they were doing this and told them to stop and did nothing else. The smell persisted and staff was told again and they did nothing. We were completely disappointed, and we left halfway through our stay because nothing was done about it. No apology or offer to stay in another room. They offered to get me some fragrance spray. I had children in the room and they didn’t care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
