The hotel is going under renovation so it had a lot of noise and most of the parking lot was taken up with storage trailers. The room I stayed in was okay, really could not tell if it was renovated, well it did not look that renovated. There was a water stain on the entry hallway ceiling, the decor did not look all that up to date. However, the room was clean and was adequate for my 2 night stay. I will give the included breakfast high marks because there was a variety of food to select (bacon, sausage, pancakes, muffins, cereal, fruit, etc.). I will stay here again if I have a class to take at GEMA or GPSTC.
