The pool temperature was below the average: we asked but staff could not verify during the entire stay. The room was on the second floor: no hot water during the entire stay. The breakfast food was cold and they ran out of tea bags on a Sunday evening: the next delivery wasn’t until Wednesday.

Bed , pillows, and room temperature are very comfortable. We slept so good . Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is very good. Near restaurants, grocery and even the Thousand hills state park. We’ll be back again to stay here in the future. 😊
