1st...just trying to get the door opened..they give you the code but don't tell you about the other buttons that need to be pushed/used...2nd...you had to body slam yourself to get the door open. The carpet and floor are so warped the door wouldn't open or close without a body slam..the door wouldn't lock . The 4 batteries in the door fell out when you either open or closed the door..3rd..it was very damp in the room..4th..no hot/cold symbols on the water handles..it took awhile to figure out what was H/or C..it took the hot awhile to kick in..5th..the exterior needs to be repainted and clean...this property has the potential to look good. But the current exterior looks like something from the hood..this is one of the worst places I've been to..I will not be recommending it to others..

Rooms are very nice and clean, you get a code to get into the room, no front office to check in, the parking lot is spacious but dark at night no lights, other than the parking lot being dark at night I felt very safe around the area and very convenient, everything is walking distance, loved it

The young man who cleaned the rooms was incredibly helpful and saved me, twice. The room was recently remodeled so don’t be put off by the outside. A couple minor inconveniences…tough to plug things in and I think our remote needed new batteries. Other than that, I would stay there again.

The location was great. The cleaning guy was great and very friendly. The motel has nice knotty pine walls which makes it feel cozy. Now for the worst part there was flip flops in the room from past tenants and the floor was caving in in several areas, myself having bad knees if you forget where all the soft spots are it can twist your knees, so that was painful.

For an older motel, I thought our room was very nice. It looked exactly like the photo & was very clean. I loved that I could park my car in the lot & easily walk to the bakery, downtown & the ferry all within one small city block. Everything to get registered & the code to the locked door is online if you have Expedia. Yes, they have hot water, just had to let the water get from the other side of the building over to our room. The owner was very gracious. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! As an older woman with 2 young grand daughters with me, I found it very safe & convenient. Thank you!!

Clean room, adequate. Not good communication.

I gave it a mostly good rating as the room was newly updated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are some things they can do to make it look a little nicer but it was perfect for what we needed. The worst part was the communication. We never got the email to give us our room number, code or wifi password. We had to call and even then they said the info needed to check in would come from where I booked it (hotels.com) which was odd as the chat I got from the hotel said it would come from them. They also said parking was included, well the lot was full so I had to park on the street in the "3 hour parking zone". Luckily we didn't get a ticket. I messaged them asking about parking and they just didn't reply. Wish they would have communicated better.

Parking lot is insufficient for amount of rooms and only 3hr parking on the street in front of hotel. AC unit was broken, no remote for the TV, inside part of door lock was broken and batteries would fall out of electrical combination backing. It’s definitely in need of repairs and over priced for quality and accessibility.

Make sure to reach out in advance of your stay. There is no staff on site and they aren't responsive same day. You need a key code to get into your room and they should send that to you in advance but didnt' for us until we got Expedia customer service involved. Staff didn't respond to inquiries about an outlet and TV not working, either, unfortunately.

The room was a place to sleep. They charged us an exorbitant amount of money because it was the Bridge walk. Besides being in a good location, there is really nothing good I can say about it. Room was small, said it sleeps 4 but one of the beds was a twin. The twin mattress and queen mattresses were on the wrong bed frame. The outdoor sign doesn’t even say Apple Blossom Boutique, it has a very run-down sign of what it used to be. This took us several drive arounds to figure out it was our place. We couldn’t get the door open and I tried to message the owner. No luck. There was nobody around to help us. Finally I put my shoulder into the door when it said it was unlocked and was able to ram the door open. The floor was uneven-had a gap running the entirety of the room. There were stains on the bedding. The office is trashed and locked, so you weren’t getting anywhere with that. I wouldn’t pay $70 to stay here again, let alone over $400. It needs a lot of work. Never again!

Very nice and comfy little place with basic creature comforts, you check in with a code the property manager sends via email, no front office or desk to check in, I loved the place, centrally located in Mackinac city, walking distance to everything, the parking lot is dark at night but the place is safe, left the motorcycles in the parking lot with on issues what so ever, if you are looking for basic accommodations for a really reasonable price, this is the place
