The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Not a fan of the soap dispensers, but that's just because I don't like liquid soaps that much. And the shower diverter didn't fully work, so didn't get full pressure. Otherwise, the location is just about perfect, right next door to Audie's and a couple blocks from shopping.

Not a super well kept place. Rooms were decently clean with some cobwebs present. Lobby and breakfast area are quite small. Exterior building was noticeably covered in cobwebs on many windows.

If you like sleeping & showering with spiders ~ you found your place! Motel very dated, beds were uncomfortable, toilet rocked, & entire room not clean. We used towels to put over the disgusting carpet. Positives: AC worked, breakfast was decent.

I have to say it was probably the cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed at. The gentleman who run the front desk also run the breakfast area and somehow managed to keep up even though it was packed. I don't believe I saw this gentleman all weekend stop. Clean the parking lot clean the dining area change the trash outside in the trash bins he was excellent very helpful very friendly. I also watch the cleaning staff clean one of the rooms next to us she swept the balconies the rails the side of the building above the balconies all around the balcony doors I was highly impressed. The room was spotless

No complaints. Even if I had one, Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond in every way possible for any question or request we had. He was absolutely wonderful and friendly and gave us suggestions for things to check out in the area. I truly hope his boss or supervisor or who ever he reports to knows how much he goes above and beyond for the guests! Five stars for Brandon!

This seems to be an old, outdated hotel. While my room seemed relatively clean, it smelled very musty and was very dark and dreary. Some of the bathroom baseboard was loose and tub had a huge spot that looked to have been poorly repaired. The air conditioner was quite loud and the carpet just seemed gross. My grandchildren were looking forward to swimming in the pool, but we decided against it as it was also dark and dreary in there and basically very uninviting. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, bread, bagels, and yogurt.The hotel looks decent in the online pictures, but they are quite deceiving. I would have spent a bit more to stay in a nicer place where I felt comfortable and could have let the kids swim, but I prepaid and feared I'd have to jump through too many hoops to get my money back. Also, we were just passing through and only spending one night. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel.

Beds are comfortable and breakfast was adequate. I requested a ground floor room but was given a second floor room. So I went back to the front desk and told him that I requested ground floor room. He looked at my reservation and said, yes you did request a ground floor room, so he gave me a ground floor room, when I went into the room, it was occupied. So I returned to front desk again and he said that they didn’t have more on first floor and ended up on second floor. Rooms are very tight with two queen size beds, one side had the air conditioner about 6 inches away from the bed. The other bed was about 12 inches from the wall making it very difficult to get in and out of the bed. Bathroom is super small, only enough room to open and close the door. Carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping consist of emptying the trash cans and getting fresh towels, no vacuuming or bed making, dusty tables through out the room. Overall this hotel needs some serious upgrades. Disappointing….

Paid for a bridge view room on the third floor. We could see it but it was far from picture worthy. The upstairs hallway is narrow, if you walk past other people with luggage it becomes a problem. The room was nice and well stocked, clean. The beds however killed me and my back. One night on the bed and I felt like I had been hit by a car. The pillows provided were also rock hard, and unyielding. I won't be back again.

Upon check in two members of the staff were arguing about something. This was not a screaming match but there was definitely a problem between the two. Very unprofessional and not really the best first impression. Rooms were clean (that’s about the extent of niceness). Ice machine didn’t work, we couldn’t get hot water. There no lights (in or around) the pool or else they didn’t work. Breakfast was available. Seeing a gallon of milk, and a jar of peanut butter and jelly in the fridge for communal use is not my ideal choice for breakfast. My name will not be on that register again anytime soon.
