Very plain, nothing special. Room was cleanish. Tub had hard water stains, and there was a small tile missing from the bathroom floor. The bathroom had holes in the walls, as if there had once been towel racks but not any more. Probably wouldn't book again.

The staff were nice. It’s good they have 24hr check in. You have to check in at Thunderbird which is the motel/inn next to it but it’s just right beside the property. Good for the price especially if you would be put most of the day. Close to the port which is very convenient.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The tv didn’t work. The beds were not made properly so we had to remake the beds. The sheets & bedspreads were dirty. Musty smell when we arrived. The AC worked. The cushioned bench was stained. The shower was good. Plenty of towels, shampoo & conditioner. Decor was outdated. No water in the pool. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was recently purchased by the owners of the other hotels in immediate vicinity, and it was in the process of being repainted and renovated. The room we stayed in was pretty clean and had what we needed, but it was definitely outdated. I know they are in the process of doing that. Unfortunately, due to the renovations, they did not offer breakfast, but they did give us buy one get one free coupons for a local restaurant. We were satisfied with our stay.

We were initially concerned after reading several negative Google reviews and had certain expectations about the service. However, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, and the overall service was good. Great job by the team.
