Loved our stay! Shuttle to the ferry, bonfire at night, great pool and hottub, great breakfast. The only downside was the hard bed and pillows. Everything else was great, plus a wonderful view of the bridge and lake!

Could be updated/modernized a bit: Wish more amenities would be available for drinks and such (only 1 old pop machine and ice maker). The person maintaining the grounds and providing firewood and s’mores was great. Very quaint, quiet and with an awesome view! Great staff overall. Would stay again. The one little issue is the bathtub did not drain well and the toilet flushing was a little funky.

This place was amazing. They could easily do things half way because of the stellar location, but they don't. The staff is amazing and the amenities are over the top. Around 7 they light all the fire pits on the beach and hand out s'mores bags. They also come by later and stoke the fire. This is a hidden gem and I understand why people told us they've been coming every year with their families.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights on a trip to Mackinac. It is an older property but the owners and persons who care for the property have a done a good job updating and keeping the rooms clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. They have a nice breakfast every morning. The fire pits and complimentary s’more bags on the beach in the evenings were very nice to enjoy after a day of sight seeing. We would definitely stay at this property again when in the area. Thank you to those who work and run this motel!

The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because it’s a little bit of an older Motel and I would not want to have anybody been mistaken. It was exactly perfect for what I wanted. Right down to the bonfires waiting for you on the beach. Highly recommend.

Clean room courteous staff. Only overnight stay but no complaints. Yes the bathroom is small but clean and well maintained. There was a slightly musty smell but I think it was more from fire smoke on the beach than mold or mildew. Great view. Bed was solid but not uncomfortable. We had upper level with king bed and small balcony. Slept well. Nice spot.

Room interior was nicely renovated but bathroom needs updating. Pool and hot tub area not connected so have to walk outside to get there.
