Mission Point is the best place to stay when on the island. It's far enough away to give some peace but close enough to walk to the more hectic downtown area. Great amenities on the grounds so you don't always have to go downtown.

Very clean, grounds were beautiful. They had a little problem with their software and Expedia matching but got it worked out. Overall loved the place! Also liked that it was a very short walk to town yet far enough away for some relaxation.

Loved this resort; walking distance to the ferry and downtown. Bike rentals on the property. No problem getting a table in the restaurant. Was not a fan for breakfast but loved the dinner. I would suggest a server for the pool area, feel they are missing out on revenue and guests miss convenience. Beds were very comfortable, doors creek but it’s an older resort so not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The miniature golf course was fun and unique. Bistro by the greens was excellent and had live music. We rented bikes right at the resort to explore the island. We highly recommend this resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mission Point! The staff was amazing and helpful. We always had a great meal and wait staff. My kids enjoyed the story time with cookies and juice, arcade and pool. All were great amenities. The property is beautiful with great views and things to do. Well maintained as well. Ice cream was a hit as well. The only negative we had was the size of the rooms but not a big deal we were walking around most of the day.

I like that the room was clean enough, but it definitely wasn’t perfect. I like that you were able to keep it as cool as you liked it with the air conditioners. What I didn’t like was that my husband found out that you could purchase $100 gift certificate to use at the resort for $80 right after we checked in and we called straight down to the Front Desk about it and they would not honor it. Even though they had not offered it to us at the time of check-in. I thought that was pretty unfair.

The property was very beautiful and quiet. Was a little walk from downtown but not bad. Staff was excellent and helped to make the trip more enjoyable. One downside was the room. The shower drained very slowly and was full of hair.

The property was absolutely beautiful and we will be back to the island. The one thing that I would say to keep in mind that you have to pay for a shuttle to town and back or to go off the property, which is a very long walk if you don't take the shuttle. This was slightly inconvenient as the fare each way does add up.

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff were helpful. We stayed at the Straits Lodge building but we stayed on the other side of the one elevator it had they need a 2nd elevator. The walls were thin so you could hear noises pretty easily. The food at the restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. The view from the front of the hotel was pretty amazing. We also liked hearing the history of the hotel from Pat. We walked to the hotel and it is pretty walkable and quieter since it is away from downtown. Lastly it is very pet friendly and that was a plus for us.
