I have stayed here before and as usual the rooms are immaculately clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had booked a room not realizing that it was upstairs and the staff were able to organize a ground floor room for me - thank you so much. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

After driving all day, being able to just walk into the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Food was great. Nice to have a bathroom with somewhere to put your clothes also.

There was a bunch of noisy youths loitering in the car park when I arrived. When I left early the next morning, I discovered ladies underwear strewn across the car park. Obviously as a result of some drunken good times. Would stay there again.

The Property is located on the North side of Mackay across the Pioneer River, not in the CBD. It is in a quiet area and the rear part adjoins parkland. The Motel does have a Restaurant and bar but unfortunately not operational when I was visiting, BACK IN Business by 4th Oct.

Nice and clean and comfortable but just missing the little details- booking said bath/shower combination but there were no taps to fill the bath; just a shower head. Struggled to fill the kettle with the sink so small and TV unpredictable.

Good location, clean and modern rooms. It was very noisy due to a school staying at the same time to all hours of the morning. Went to report but reception closed. Breakfast not available because of gas breakdown. Not all options available for dinner. Very nice dinner though. Staff polite and friendly

Terrible experience for a business traveler and will never stay here again. Something as simple as a Tax Invoice and compounded further by the complete lack of service on check in. If you don’t like Expedia bookings, don’t list your rooms there.

Recently Stayed at windmill for a wedding. it was a great motel. staff were friendly and we had plenty of laughs with the manager and staff during our stay. the function was well done and the bar service etc was great. rooms are clean and tidy. overall a great stay
