Good price - restaurant- pub was good. But, rooms clean, but very damaged. Couldn’t lock the door - but they staff member really did it for us. Said hey if you have any safety issues we have security on sight patrolling the area. Implied we would have an issue.

Although check-in was a little confusing you went to one of the bars and the barmaid checked you in. The units were in a separate building from the hotel and the hotel itself made no impact on the quietness or accommodation. I would stay there any time I was passing thru Sarina rather than going on to Mackay, 9 out of 10 for a motel type accommodation.
