A great brief overnight stay. Clean room, suprisingly quiet considering it is set just off the main highway, and the convenient bistro with absolutely wonderful and friendly staff. Yummy food options, very relaxed and safe, it was all we needed!

If you ONLY want to stay 1 Night it is average. But we stayed 2 nights the Beds were pulled up No tidying up No bin emptied, No Towels replaced of tea coffee bathroom etc The young staff serving were very good in Dining area, Pokies Ok They need to have reception area manned.

Basically I was looking for cheap accommodation at the time. Location was the truck stop and a hotel sort of set up. I didn't mind this because I knew I had a cheap price. On arrival staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. The only thing I would complain about is the state of the floor you could feel the dust under your feet. I had to wear thongs all the time throughout my stay.

Easy access to Mackay. Dinner only available on the weekends and not for mid week stays. Too expensive for the condition (age and state) of the rooms and facilities within….. broken toilet. Staff were very friendly and most obliging.

Worst Accom I have ever booked.

This is not accomodation that you would let your pets stay in. The photos of the environment on the Hotels Website do not in any way reflect the poor standard of the place. Were not informed the kitchen was closed for renovations and there were no meals. The room smelt awful and looked a 100 years old. Mirror was missing and only redeeming feature was the beds were made. Homeless people would not want to stay here. Could not get refund so just lost my money and went and booked elsewhere for two nights. Not impressed with any part of this transaction. 0 Stars !

There were trucks parked near the motel and they were noisy in the early morning. The room smelt like smoke and generally needs upgrading.It was not worth the money we paid to stay the night.
