We arrived on a late train and they were so accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Great showers! And they stored our bags when we went to Machu Picchu and then you can have a shower when you return! Lovely staff!

We loved our stay at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu. Great communication and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered at a nice early start in the morning for Machu Picchu departures. Ice cold water, hot water, coffee and tea offered 24Hours. Also, they transport your luggage to the train station for you and have everything waiting for you when you get there which is so helpful. The location is right by the river and you don’t hear the loud train going by. Perfect stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
