The location was good for food and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful. However the bathrobes were a little ragged. When we checked out, the staff stored our baggage while we visited Machu Picchu, which we appreciated, but were unable to walk it down to the train station with us when we returned. It would have been nice if they had helped us get our bags to the station.

However, I was disappointed by how strict they were with check-in and check-out times—they don’t accommodate early check-in, and I was asked to leave exactly at check-out time, which felt a bit rigid.
