We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs.

This hotel is overall very good. Just one concern is that it is on top of the hill and if you are traveling from abroad and not used to high altitude, it is difficult to climb due to steep stairs. I think this is the highest altitude hotel in this town. The staff was very helpful though to get our luggage up and down.

I booked my room is 501 , on the 5th floor, which has a balcony and the view was incredibe ( i love mountains.) and breathtaking.😍😍😍. I wish I can stay a few more days. The breakfast was amazing tons of varieties. Delicious and quality breakfast. And they do have a Porter going to train station to help you with your luggage, bringing them to on top of the hill which is the hotel located. Hot Spring location is located behind a hotel. Only less than five minutes walk you will reach Husband) spring entrance. But from the entrance to the hot spring pools, you need to walk for another 10 minutes uphill.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. My mom unfortunately had an accident and was in wheelchair which made things tricky to say the least but they made no fuss or issues at all. Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you!
