Pros: Steps away from the train station, located in beautiful location, breathtaking views from the hotel, breakfast is too good, enough options to fuel ourselves in the morning. They can hold our bags in luggage room, hotel is clean. Consider booking the room with Mountain View Cons: The rooms are small, sufficient for 2 people per room, bathroom is very small, they don’t have soft tissues in the bathroom, front staff is not friendly and helpful

We had a great stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location—just a short walk to the train station, as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
