Location is very good! Just a couple of minutes from the train station and close to the busy stop to Machu Picchu. A lot of restaurants around. The hotel is clean and very basic. They provide basic breakfast - bread, butter, cheese, fruits, juice, tea and coffee. Very useful. Down side is petrol/diesel smell from the trains. Otherwise, it was great!

Our favorite part of this hotel was the kindness of the staff. I think we broke some rules unknowingly. We ended up needing to hang out there the whole afternoon while waiting for the train as it was raining very hard. They never kicked us out and didn't get upset with us for the rules we were unaware of. The room was clean and tidy. A simple room and the breakfast was very simple but enough to get us going for the day.

A pleasant enough property for an evening. Comfortable beds, hot water, decent enough breakfast, free luggage storage, very close to train station. But was very noisy outside, which you can hear through the thin windows, can see light from and hear neighbors through thin walls.

This place was so clean and that is a plus. The shower had hot water for us and we enjoyed our free breakfast. Also they stored our luggage for the day. The only drawback was the room and bathroom was very small. We were happy with this choice

Hotel was in a good location and staff were friendly. However, there was not much sound proofing between our room and other rooms and the downstairs lobby. It did not bother us much though because we were so tired each night. Also, the room was very small for 3 single beds.

Good hotel, very clean, very nice. Overall we are happy with it just a couple of things to do better at.... Limited dining for breakfast, not enough tables and chairs and didnt bring out enough food. Also they were way too concerned about how many towels we had. Thanks.

The room was very clean and good enough for the purpose of going to Machu Picchu. We were lucky as we got one of the rare rooms that have a window to the outside of the building. The breakfast was okay but does not match the pictures. The staff was friendly and nice but we felt a little exploited as they wanted to sell us water for way more than it actually cost - the price was clearly written next to water bottles but they wanted us to pay almost twice as much because the prices were apparently old and incorrect.

we only stayed for one night. but the property was beautiful and met our needs. the only suggestion i would tell others is, to have a print out for your stay there. may have been a new employee but its always safe to have paperwork printed. they do have free wifi. very convenient hotel as we did the machu picchu tour, it was very close to the bus station. they do have storage boxes where you can place your belonging. you must provide your own lock.

The room was clean as bathroom! But the shower was terrible. I burned myself a Couple of times. Or was too cold or too hot. I spent a lot of water that could be save if their would have a good water system. The breakfast was a comedy. If u don’t arrive at 6am (when start) u don’t get any food anymore, it is poor! The bed was ok, but there no noise isolation, it is glass windows. I could hear all The people was saying in the hotel cause All the windows is inside of the building!
