It was a very nice hotel. I would stay there again. The rooms were very clean and updated. It was very close to the train station and the bus station. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel had confirmed that they will come to pick us up at the train station but no one showed up. Calling them multiple times with no answer. The front desk tried to charge us more than the price on our booking. The room has a great view but that was about it as far as the pros for this hotel.

The room was nice and warm at night. Almost too warm at times which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we stayed in other towns/cities in Peru. There was consistent hot water in the shower which was also a pleasant surprise considering other places we stayed. I would certainly stay there again if I go back to Aguas Calientes! Overall, I thought it was awesome!

I stayed for three nights. The room was big and very comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure and there was always hot water. The view of the river from my 4th floor room was stunning. However at night it was a bit noisy. The town is buzzing in the evening and the hotel is on a busy walkway and next to a couple of bar/restaurants.

Beautiful views, clean room, walkable in around this charming town, staff was friendly. The only downfall is breakfast - quite limited menu, not really a buffet breakfast, much like continental. But the views were amazing.

The staff was helpful at all times. The room was neat and the bedding (pillows and sheets) comfortable. I had read about the noise around the property but I assumed that it would be applicable for all nearby buildings, so I gave it a try. I rate a 4/5 because of the noisy area, literally a karaoke is diagonal to the hotel and despite the mountain view, the nights weren’t restful. The breakfast was generally good, served from 5 am to 8:30 am, sadly around 7 things start to run out like eggs, potatoes, sausages, and there isn’t refill so we had to choose from what is left. The mini pancakes were our favorite, very tasty, much better than the bread. The check-in and check-out was easy. We appreciated it because we left super early for the train back!
