Very reasonable price. Had an outdoor bbq with a propane tank we used to grill a steak we bought in the town, tossed a bagged Cesar salad, and opened a bottle of wine. Enjoyed a beautiful meal and evening at the picnic table.
Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend!
Better then expected, clean quiet comfortable beds, well supplied kitchenette. Unfortunately only restaurant was closed for private event, not the fault of the motel. Absolutely would stay there again
Clean room, all amenities needed are provided. Maybe they could offer plain hot water so customers can choose to have coffee or tea. Other room was noisy at bedtime but staff was there to fix the issue right away.
It was nice and clean but you can hear the highway traffic from inside the room. You need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Don’t expect the Ritz, or contemporary amenities or design. The motel might look like nothing much, but it is actually a very comfortable place to spend a night. It is clean, the shower is nice, the bed is very comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave…all you need.
Would definitely recommend!
If you’re staying in this TINY little town, I’d absolutely say this is the place to stay.
Check in was easy, the guy at the desk was very friendly and kind, the unit was very clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to make some food in the kitchenette (which you’ll be thankful for as there is NOWHERE to eat ((after October 8th, anyway) but stop at ya grocery store before getting to Vermillion Bay - because there isn’t one there).
My only suggestion for the owners would be to up their “continental breakfast” as it was severely lacking (read: white wonderbread and fruit loops)
It was a lovely quiet spot to stop and rest for the night.
The stay was good. When I arrived I had to phone a number as office was locked. It was around 330pm. We went into the town to buy some supplies. Spent the rest of the afternoon and evening in the room.
