I was there 7 years ago, and I was looking forward to a colourful room. I miss the murals! I could tell the paint was done recently. Hope there will be new murals next time. Windows and air conditioner filter could use a good cleaning, but otherwise it was very nice.

Used to be a quaint stop over before entering Algonquin park. Now it’s just a broken down tired and sad motel that over charges for a room that’s not suitable for sleeping in. Next time we will sleep in the car.

It was quite pricey for a off highway motel room, i would have expected it to be half of what we actually paid. Aside from that, the owner was very nice and pleasant, the room was clean and tidy but a bit run down, but again, its an off highway motel, not the Ritz-Carlton.
