Well maintened, easy access and safe place. To visit this and surroundings cities is easybl and i recomend to look at the high point of Machado city and on shore, try to tastebso many different kind of cheese. The hot breakfast and fruits are suitable! I do recomend this hitel!

Oi bom dia a cama do casal ruim e chuveiro não funcionava ou quente pelando ou fria tive que tomar com água fria, café da manhã ruim frutas passadas de dias não tinha muito opção então nao tive uma estadia boa. Acordei com muitas dores no corpo.

Fiquei super chateada e insatisfeita pois reservamos e pagamos por um quarto Master. Quando chegamos o quarto que reservamos ja estava ocupado. Também não tinha nenhum quarto com cama de casal. Nos foi oferecido um quarto de solteiro com 3 camas. Havia apenas um travesseiro, uma tolha de banho, o ar estava sem controle. Tive que solicitar tudo. Uma lâmpada do quarto também estava queimada. No outro dia a recepcionista pediu desculpas e ofereceu um desconto em uma próxima estadia.

Pior estadia de nossas vidas.

Péssimo hotel. Ou melhor, nem deveria ser chamado de hotel. Atendimento péssimo e quarto pior ainda. Aluguei dois quartos, um para mim e um para o meu sogro. Os quartos eram totalmente diferentes. E o nosso se encontrava em situação precária. A janela não fechava ou abria direito, o vaso sanitário não funcionava a descarga, não enchia o reservatório de água, nós tivemos que encher com a ducha higiênica toda vez após o uso e ainda assim não funcionava bem A lâmpada do espelho do banheiro não funcionava e minha esposa precisava se arrumar para um casamento. Quando abordamos a atendente sobre os problemas as respostas foram: Sobre o vaso sanitário: ah, é? Nossa. Sobre a lâmpada: não temos outra pra trocar. Será que você não pode pedir licença para as meninas do outro quarto para se arrumar? Sobre a janela: ah é, a janela não funciona mesmo. Simplesmente a PIOR estadia e PIOR atendimento da nossa vida. Nos sentimos completamente frustrados.
