Boa estrutura e local animado e águas bem quentes

Adoramos a estadia. A recreação para crianças e adultos é show! Higienização do ambientes nota 10. A comida é super variada e tudo muito gostoso e caprichado . A água é realmente bem quente e indico ir também no inverno. Senti falta de um espaço mais calmo e silêncio para descansar e fazer uma leitura . Muísca e animação em todos os ambientes . A paisagem é linda e a infra estrutura ideal para famílias, grupos e crianças .

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel, mas pela primeira vez saí insatisfeita. Aconteceram algumas situações chatas, como a água da piscina termal externa não estava em temperatura confortável, fomos acordados pela manhã com funcionária batendo na porta para verificar frigobar.

Custo beneficio não está compensando, diária alta pelo que o Resort oferece, horário de pico, chuveiro fica gelado, o resort divide a piscina maior com pessoal que soh vai passar o dia, aí lota a piscina maior, e soh ficam as pequenas pra quem está hospedado. A única coisa que não deixa a desejar eh a alimentação e os funcionários que são muito atenciosos.

O local é muito bom, porém a manutenção do hotel deixou a desejar. A limpeza das áreas comuns também não estava 100%. Em relação ao all inclusive, ficou a desejar, pois às bebidas (água) só eram liberadas no almoço e jantar. A parte de recreação do hotel, muito boa.
