The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is generally good, although it is noticeable that the kitchen and service teams are not yet fully coordinated. The complimentary champagne is a nice touch, but charging for sparkling water feels unnecessary. Each table receives a basket of assorted breads, which seems redundant for a buffet and leads to avoidable food waste; offering everything directly at the buffet, including a small self‑service drink station, would be more efficient. Personally, I did not enjoy the Croque Monsieur or the tapioca. A simple “Please clean / Do not disturb” sign in the room would also be helpful; on one day, we returned from the beach at 6 pm and the room had not yet been cleaned. Overall, it is a solid hotel with strong potential, and a few adjustments in breakfast organization, housekeeping, and corridor ventilation would make the experience even better.

Eu e meu esposo nos hospedamos no Venti no final de Julho e princípio de Agosto. O hotel abriu recentemente e é bonito, bem decorado e bem localizado. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Limpo e com bom serviço de quarto. Os funcionários são gentis e em geral muito solícitos. Tem uma vista maravilhosa, e um ótimo café da manhã. Próximo a restaurantes, praia comércio local. Nós só temos duas reclamações: no domingo, 02/08, tinha a maratona de Maceió e o serviço de café da manhã foi super caótico, nós ficamos mais de uma hora aguardando o nosso pedido e quando chegou estava horrível, meu marido nem comeu. Nossa outra reclamação é que esse hotel cobra pelos chás e cafezinhos feitos no quarto. Nós que viajamos o mundo inteiro, nunca vimos isso. Normalmente chá e café feito por nós no quarto são cortesia e não cobrados à parte.

O hotel é incrível. O que faltou foi agilidade nos pratos. No café da manhã, permanecemos por 55 minutos esperando o pedido para, ao final, o gerente avisar que haviam enviado o pedido para outra mesa e que iríamos reiniciar a espera. Obviamente não quisemos e saimos de lá sem o pedido.

Amamos nossa estadia no hotel, a equipe é bastante prestativa, o café da manhã tem muitas opções, e tudo muito gostoso. A localização é ótima, e a piscina é maravilhosa, tanto a externa quanto a interna. As roupas de cama, e as toalhas, são excelentes, os travesseiros também são ótimos, além de possuir opções. O ponto alto do Venti fica na equipe! Para um hotel 5 estrelas faltam alguns ajustes, como a acústica (dava para ouvir as camareiras no corredor e quartos vizinhos, além da descarga dos quartos), a pia do banheiro não possui água quente, no check-in demoraram um pouco para liberar, a academia precisa reposicionar os equipamentos, esta bem apertada e mal aproveitada, e o serviço à la carte no café da manhã estava bem demorado, acredito que com o tempo vão se preparar melhor para receber um público maior.

Nossa experiência no Hotel Venti foi simplesmente espetacular! Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos por funcionários extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Ficamos encantados com o carinho demonstrado nos pequenos detalhes: ganhamos Havaianas, chocolates e, ao entrar no quarto, encontramos uma deliciosa cocada acompanhada de uma carta de boas-vindas escrita à mão. As piscinas possuem uma vista incrível para o mar e são aquecidas, proporcionando uma experiência ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã é perfeito, com uma grande variedade de opções deliciosas para todos os gostos. Além de toda a estrutura de luxo que o hotel oferece, a beleza do ambiente é realmente impressionante. A única observação que fazemos é em relação ao estacionamento, que possui cobrança de diária. Como já realizamos a reserva e investimos na hospedagem, acreditamos que o estacionamento poderia estar incluso para os hóspedes. Fora isso, tudo foi absolutamente perfeito. Experiência simplesmente incrível! Sem dúvidas, um dos melhores lugares em que já me hospedei na cidade. Todos os funcionários extremamente acolhedores, simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar no que necessário. O ambiente é maravilhoso, os quartos são confortáveis e muito bem estruturados, e as refeições, tanto o café da manhã quanto o almoço, são excelentes. A localização também é ótima. O hotel é lindo novo, o café da manhã com muitas variedades porém achamos que a qualidade dos produtos deixaram a desejar, o hotel recém abriu e o atendimento e reposição do café deixou a desejar. O quarto é lindo mas achamos a cama dura pro nosso gosto!! De resto é um hotel excelente!! Pedimos uma salada à beira da piscina e a porção foi muito pequena pelo valor, e ainda demorou muito!!
