Foi ótimo!! super lindo, confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Porém tenho uma ressalva super importante,segundo a recepção a sala de jogos não é aberta (somente se alugar o dia R$ 500,00) isso é ruim, pois queríamos poder usufruir 1 hora, mas não é liberado, até pagaríamos um valor desde que justo, contudo, nem foi dado a opção, mas isso é uma questão do condominio.

EXCELENTE, mas precisa fornecer 02 cartões/ chave.

O estúdio é bem novo, bem equipado, bem localizado e confortável. O serviço de limpeza é gratuito, mas deve ser solicitado nos dias desejados. Em relação às toalhas, elas somente são trocadas mediante pagamento de uma taxa, mas não chegamos a trocar. O estacionamento é bom também. O único inconveniente é que eles só fornecem um cartão (chave) e a mesma serve para acessar a academia, por exemplo. Essa chave precisa estar conectada para ligar a energia do quarto, ou seja, meu marido não conseguiu ir pra academia bem cedinho pq senão ficaríamos sem energia no quarto. Não faz sentido ter apenas 01 cartão. Isso precisa mudar !

Não ofereceu café da manhã e estando vinculado ao hotel heimar. O cartão magnetico não abria o portao de acesso a entrada com o carro, deixou o casal exposto na rua vulnerável sempre q chegava tendo q ficar buzinando ate alguem abrir. Ótimo lugar

É um prédio composto por apartamentos para locação, por isso não tem as comididades de um hotel. O apartamento que eu fiquei era ótimo, com vista lateral para o mar, extremamente confortável, muito bem equipado, com geladeira, fogão, microondas, talheres, pratos, enfim, tudo para se fazer uma refeição. A localização é muito boa, mas fica meio afastado dos principais pontos turísticos de Maceió, pra quem quer mais tranquilidade isso é ótimo. Os únicos pontos negativos é o atendimento da recepção, que passa longe de ser cordial e um dia ficamos sem água quente no prédio inteiro e esse problema demorou muito para ser solucionado.
