Staff were extremely friendly and helpful to someone who does not speak much of the native language. My room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the facility was well taken care of. The location was perfect for ease of access to beach, dining, shopping, connection to tour services. The rooftop pool was a nice size and well laid out to have a little personal space in a very public area.

The only change that would make this place super amazing would’ve been changes in the Furniture to something more modern really needs an updete! The rug was falling apart in places TV is from 1980’s and some of the glue coming undone in the furniture pieces

Unfortunately, most of the time there was no hot water in the shower. At best the shower was warm in the morning but after this, nothing. The rooms do not irons and boards and also do not have any that can be provided so any clothing needs to be send externally even just to be ironed. There is a coffee pod machine and on arrival there were some coffee pods. These however were never replenished during our stay. Bath robes also provided but were taken and never replaced on the second day. Filtered coffee wasn’t bad and the bar man did a decent Caipirinha on the rooftop bar. Relative to other hotels in the city this one certainly shouldn’t be first choice. Maybe if they cut the room price by half. Choose Best Western Premier or even Mercure for a better service.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the premium rooms have a great view of the ocean, the elevators works well and have plenty of space so you don't have to wait much and the security of the hotel it's pretty good as well, 3 guards on all times. Now the cons : The breakfast food it's decent but the service always missing cups for coffee or you have to go search your own forks, the coffee not much variety, the " cappuccino " or moka that's just a chocolate milk so it's that or black coffee. For the rooms, the water pressure was great in the shower but for the toilet, it was horrible, nothing more than water will pass through. I don't know if we were unlucky or it's the floor that we stayed in but the WiFi wasn't working at all we contact the service 4 times and no matter what they did or said it was disconnecting and reconnecting every minute due to lack of signal. The roof pool looks amazing in the photos, but it's definitely deceiving in reality, the water is gross, if you touch the walls they're going to leave you with traces of green goo and the deepness of that pool it's 1 meter. Other than that Maceio it's a great place to visit if you're searching a nice quiet clean water beach in Brazil.

Tudo maravilhoso. Único problema é a parte de iluminação da piscina, muito escura, com iluminação indireta nos degraus que me cegaram momentaneamente no que levei um tombo batendo com os meus dois joelhos que já sai comprometidos no chão. Tem também uma rampa na saída do elevador da piscina que não tem antiaderente no chão o que resultou em um escorregão e que quase cai novamente. Um rapaz do corpo do bombeiro veio saber se eu precisava ir ao hospital e eu disse que apesar da dor eu estava melhorando e não precisava. Fiz reclamação por escrito e espero que a administração tome providências para evitar esse tipo de ocorrência. Fora isso adoro esse hotel e irei me hospedar outtas vezes.
