We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

O hotel está bem deteriorado, precisando de manutenção urgente em todas as áreas. Meu quarto foi o 120, tinham baratas e formigas. Um absurdo…a limpeza era feito de forma muito amadora, tem poucos profissionais então acho que estão sobrecarregados, são educados e gentis mas fazem o que podem. A parte do parque aquático a mesma coisa. Está super acabado, os brinquedos até estão conservados, porém a área externa as plantas o banheiro a churrasqueira, tudo muito ruim. Infelizmente não recomendo e não volto mais.
