Wonderful Again.

This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

Awesome stay in Panoramic View room

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Aconselho você a não estragar suas férias com este hotel. Cheguei e me deram um quarto horrível, todo sujo e alagado, o banheiro estava quebrado. Me mudaram para outro quarto sem cama para o meu filho. Consegui dormir naquela noite, mas no dia seguinte... A gerente disse que me daria um quarto muito bom, mas era mentira. Ela me deu o que eu paguei: um quarto de frente para o mar. Paguei por três noites, mas só consegui dormir uma. O hotel era incrivelmente barulhento; batiam na porta às 8 da manhã, mesmo com a placa de "Não Perturbe". Além disso, estavam em obras e começavam cedo. Não se hospede aqui; você vai arruinar suas férias. O hotel é péssimo. Só os funcionários são simpáticos, mas mesmo assim, não adianta nada. Dormimos muito mal e perdemos três dias das nossas férias. No te alojes en este hotel porque no podrás dormir y las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, de muy mala calidad.

Café da manhã muito tumultuado, com filas gigantes para entrar na área. Pequeno e mal organizado. Sujeito nos corredores (bolos de cabelo durante mais de uma semana que fiquei lá). Elevador sujo, quente, quase sempre com um deles quebrado. Estacionamento desorganizado. Funcionários desatentos. Minha quarta vez no hotel, e posso garantir que piorou demais. Não volto. Não recomendo.
