I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pousada Bossa Nova. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making me feel welcome. The location is excellent — within walking distance to several great spots to explore. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the view from the balcony — simply breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Minha estadia na Pousada Bossa Nova foi excelente. Eu amei o ambiente, o atendimento de todo pessoal da recepção e cozinha foi muito cordial e agradável. O quarto é razoavelmente simples mas muito aconchegante e não falta nada. O ar condicionado gela bem; cama confortável. A área externa com a piscina é bonita e agradável. Café da manhã simples mas delicioso e ainda toca bossa-nova na hora do café da manhã e fazem tapioca se pedir e é deliciosa. Tudo muito bom. O único ponto negativo é que só tem 2 vagas para estacionamento rotativo. A pousada fica no setor Cruz das almas, beira-mar, fica bem próximo a supermercado; também fica razoavelmente próxima a uma das avenidas principais. Tem uns lugares de lanches próximos e um quiosque de açaí.

Ótima.

Pousada boa, boa localização e atendentes cordiais. O café da manhã foi um pouco tumultuado pela quantidade de hóspedes mas tudo que acabava era reposto rapidamente.

Não recomendo

Peimeiro queriam me cobrar a diária, sendo que eu já tinha pago pelo app. Depois me colocaram em um quarto com 4 camas sendo q eu tinha reservado para 5 pessoas, sendo assim eles nos colocaram em um quarto para 9 pessoas cheirando mofo e tudo velho e com o ar condicionado quebrado. Quando eu fui reclamar o recepcionista me disse que já estava esperando a minha reclamação, ou seja, ele sabia q o ar não estava funcionando. Em fim ele nos colocou no voltou para o quarto anterio, so ele montou mais uma cama para ficar 5 no total. Mas em, acabou água, registro do chuveiro quebrado, etc.

Lugar de ótima localização, recepção ótima, café da manhã farto e delicioso. Com certeza voltaremos.

Decepcionada com o atendimento de um atendente masculino,a politica horrível faz com que vc se sinta mau, baratas no quarto,horrivel ao vc sair eles fazerem vistoria no quarto para ver se tem algo quebrado.Nao recomendo .péssimo.

Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã, todos os dias era a mesma coisa, pouquíssimas opções. Serviço de quarto, realizar a limpeza completa pois só trocava as roupas de camas.
