Wonderful hotel.

The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic. The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around. Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

O hotel tem excelentes instalações, os quartos são confortáveis e funcionais, e a localização é privilegiada, mas deixa a desejar bastante em alguns detalhes importantes de serviço e qualidade. Surpreendentemente, o papel utilizado como "guardanapo de papel" no restaurante é exatamente o mesmo que é utilizado como "papel higiênico" nos banheiros dos quartos, sendo igual tanto em tamanho como na baixa qualidade do material. No restaurante, o serviço e a qualidade das comidas, nos horários de almoço e jantar, se mostraram deficientes em apresentação e sabor, além de grande demora para serem servidos. Em duas situações, tivemos que aguardar mais de 30 minutos, sendo que para receber uma sopa e um prato de frutas, tivemos que aguardar mais de 45 minutos, o que não é razoável.

O hotel fica em uma das melhores regiões da praia de Pajuçara. Muitos restaurantes, centro de artesanato, saída das jangadas. Região segura, pelo menos eu me senti seguro. Sobre o hotel, janelas anti-ruídos, apesar de estar em frente ao mar, não há nenhum ruído. Cam confortável, e rouparia de primeira linha, café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Tem estacionamento que é muito ruim e paga a parte. O atendimento no geral foi muito bom. Destaco o serviço de camareira que foi impecável. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. O hotel estava muito cheio e o espaço do café não comportava todas as pessoas, formando fila. E a limpeza do restaurante era ruim.

Me colocaram em um quarto que fica em baixo da cozinha, acordei 5:30 com barulho e o barulho foi a manhã toda, abrir reclamava e solicitei alteração do quarto mas praticamente perdi um dia com isso, e incrível que pareça falei para da uma jeito na porta da cozinha que estava fazendo barulho, coisa simples só colocar óleo e nos 3 dias que fiquei não fizeram, coitado de quem foi para quarto 913, não recomendo esse quarto.
