No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

Localização excelente e funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Mas o salão do café da manhã, na cobertura, em que pese a linda vista da orla, é pequeno e lota facilmente, em especial nos fins de semana. Precisa melhorar. Elevadores também são lentos e demorados nos horários de pico. Toalhas do banheiro velhas e puídas.

Gostamos muito do Hotel Brisas Suítes Maceió! O café da manhã é excelente, com boas opções e tudo muito saboroso. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns é impecável, o que nos deixou bastante confortáveis durante toda a estadia. Os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos e atenciosos, em especial o Arthur, a Michely e o Marlon, que se destacaram pelo ótimo atendimento e simpatia. A única observação é que a área do café da manhã poderia ser ampliada, pois em alguns momentos fica um pouco apertada devido à quantidade de hóspedes. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e recomendamos o hotel!
