Hotel bom. Staff muito atencioso, todos muito educados e gentis. Lençol e travesseiros bons. Toalhas ruins, finas e ásperas. Café da manhã ruim. Abaixo do padrão do hotel. O café com leite, café puro e capuccino muito ruins. Feitos na máquina e aguados. Pão com manteiga na chapa duro. Tapioca levando mais de 30 minutos para ficar pronta e só entregue quando o hóspede reclamava. E o pior de tudo, desorganização no espaço do café da manhã. Salgados misturados com o doce e bebidas espalhadas e os copos/xícaras longe das bebidas e o salão é pequeno o que causa tumulto. Hóspedes circulando para lá e para cá à procura do que comer. Sem contar que peguei um prato que foi lavado somente na parte de cima, a parte debaixo repleta de bolo, ou seja, ao recolher o prato ele foi colocado sobre um prato que continha bolo, quem lavou o fez somente em cima. Sem higiene! Sem sombra de dúvidas o hotel precisa de um gerente para a organização e limpeza do serviço de café da manhã.
