Passamos pelo desprazer em nós hospedarmos nesse local, não dá pra chamar de hotel, tão pouco pousada. O quarto sujo, banheiro com tapete sujo. Chuveiro que não aquecia, Colchões de quinta categoria. Travesseiros finos, roupa de cama, apenas o lençol. Pedimos mais mas não fomos atendidos. Lastimável!

Não aconselho a hospedagem no Escuna Hotel Pousada, Maceió Realizamos uma hospedagem entre os dias 19/05/2026 e 20/05/2026 para nossa equipe de trabalho e tivemos uma experiência extremamente negativa. Ao chegarem ao hotel, nossos funcionários identificaram que a cama não possuía coberta, apenas o lençol. Foi solicitada uma coberta na recepção e informaram que não havia disponível. No dia seguinte, o café da manhã estava previsto para começar às 07h00, porém às 07h20 ainda não havia sido servido. A informação passada foi de que estavam comprando itens para preparar o café naquele momento. Quando finalmente foi disponibilizado, a qualidade foi muito ruim. Outro ponto extremamente grave foi relacionado à segurança. Nossa equipe chegou ao hotel com uma escada sobre a viatura da empresa e questionou a recepção se haveria algum problema em deixá-la estacionada daquela forma dentro do estacionamento do hotel. Foi informado pelos funcionários que não haveria problema e que nunca havia ocorrido furto no local. Na manhã seguinte, a escada havia sido furtada. Ao procurarmos a recepção e posteriormente a proprietária/gerente, fomos tratados com extrema falta de educação e total descaso. A resposta recebida foi de que o hotel “não tinha nada a ver” com o ocorrido. Entendemos que existem regras sobre responsabilidade de objetos, porém só deixamos o equipamento daquela forma porque fomos orientados pelos próprios funcionários do hotel de que seria seguro. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL !!!

Tivemos que trocar de quanto assim que chegamos, pois o quarto que nos colocaram estava extremamente sujo, não tinha sido feita nenhuma limpeza, chão sujo, sabonete no box usado, as camas mal arrumadas, foi terrível de se ver. Logo mudamos para outro quarto, na primeira noite não tivemos lençóis para se cobrir, não tínhamos água quente para tomar banho, o banheiro era cheio de baratas, a privada não estava com a descarga boa, o ar condicionado estava totalmente empoeirado, o frigobar todo enferrujado, por baixo das camas cheio de sujeira e teias de aranhas, um lugar bem sujo, a minha estadia foi bem frustrante, nas fotos é algo totalmente diferente do que vivenciei, muito triste. Alguns funcionários foram receptivos (nem todos), posso afirmar que foi a pior estadia que já me hospedei, o valor é extremamente abusivo para o tipo de lugar, um lugar humilde, porém sujo. DECEPCIONANTE.
