Deram quarto errado, não queriam trocar o quarto, deram um quarto sem ar condicionado, não queriam trocar, atendente mal educada. Me cobrou duas vezes a hospedagem, disse q a culpa era do hotéis.com, falou q ela fez apenas o q o site orientou, sendo q no site tava tudo correto e pago, mas mesmo assim fui cobrado e demoraram a da o estorno.

Camareiras barulhentas e café nao incluso

Por mais que apareca que o cafe sa manha está incluso, nao é possivel, de forma alguma, reservar estadia com cafe da manha incluso. Tem que ser pago a parte no valor de 40 reais, e nao é um bom café. Outro problema que eu identifiquei é o barulho do hotel. As camareiras arrastam os moveis incessantemente, causando um transtorno horroroso em quem está no andar de baixo.

Já havia me hospedado antes em 2021, de la pra cá, parece que o hotel deu uma caída...o quarto que eu me hospedei estava com cheiro estranho, era um quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro. Uma das camas estava sem o cobertor e a minha colega de quarto teve que pegar na recepção. Além disso, o ar condicionado estava pingando, nos obrigando a aumentar a temperatura do ar para parar com a goteira...

Quando cheguei, na sexta-feira, o tapete do banheiro estava ensopado. Durante o final de semana não teve limpeza nos quartos. Fiquei sem tapete no banheiro desde então. Poderiam reduzir o valor da diária do fds. Poderiam usar um "tira limo" nos rejuntes do banheiro. Todo mofado.
