Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Chegando no quarto havia uma poça de água no banheiro e a tv não funcionava. A camareira resolveu a poça rapidamente mas a tv liguei 3x pra recepção e nada. Tive que descer pessoalmente para reclamar e mesmo assim disseram que era problema na antena e não seria possível solucionar. Estava um dia chuvoso e como não tínhamos tv nós resolvemos usar a hidromassagem, conforme está nas fotos do hotel, e descobrimos que estava inoperante. A tampa do vaso estava quebrada e a garagem é extremamente apertada para carros SUV. Não recomendo.

Infelizmente vivi uma sucessão de inconveniente em minha estadia. Primeiro uma fila de espera de mais de 15 minutos no elavador, considerando que o elevador é o mesmo para hospedes e serviço, o que atrapalha em muito a movimentação dos hospedes. Minha chave não abriu a porta do meu quarto logo de início, por duas vezes, me fazendo retornar a recepção e pegar novamente a filha do elevador, resultando em um tempo de quase 40 minutos para eu ter acesso ao meu quarto. Quando entrei no quarto, o mesmo não tinha frigobar, e eu pussuia intens para colocar no mesmo. Minha varada não tinha mesa e cadeiras, enquanto as demais tinham. Na primeira noite, o ar condicionado, que era de janela, parou de gelar no meio da madrugada e acordei pela manhã passando calor. A tarde liguei novamente e o ar condicionado não gela, após solicitação de reparo, um técnico mexeu, mas permanceu sem gelar. fui trocada de quarto, para um andar mais baixo, com ar condicionado split porém o quarto ao lado teve conversa alta da hospedes e convidados, com risos e gargalhadas até às 03:00 da manhã, que incomodaram a minha noite de sono. Reclamei com a recepção por duas vezes em um lapso de tempo de uma hora entre uma reclamaão e outra, e nada foi resolvido pelo hotel e só ocnsegui dormir quando a boemia acabou no quarto vizinho mais de 03:00 da manhã. Participei da ceia de Ano NOvo, pagando um valor considerável, e foi horrivel, atendimento ruim e comida ruim para um Reveillon. O café da manhã é razoável. Ruim!
