Hotel decadente. Café da manhã com muitos ítens, porém ruins e velhos.Pessoal da portaria desinteressado e desinformado. Contratei a suite luxo, mas só tive decepção : era muito difícil abrir o trinco da porta, não tivemos água quente durante os três dias em que ficamos hospedados. Piscina fechada e porta da cobertura trancada. Cadeira do quarto quebrada. Porém, devo ressalvar que pelo menos o estacionamento era bom. Ramada nunca mais.

Já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel nos últimos três ou quatro anos, mas estou percebendo que as coisas estão piorando. A tv quase não tem canal pra assistir, os móveis com aspecto de casa antiga, cadeiras quebradas. Está precisando fazer uma reforma e voltar a ser o que era a uns três anos atrás.

Equipe sem treinamento e/ou na vontade em atender. Não tive informações básicas no check in. Quarto sem limpeza adequada, sujo e com cabelos no chão banheiro. Luz do banheiro sem acender. Ett av de finare hotellen i Macae. Jag fick ett rum på 16:e våningen mot havet. De flesta rummen tycks ha balkong. Fräscht och stort rum. Bra säng. Bra Wifi. Bra frukost. Parkering i garage inom hotellet. Jag kan rekommendera detta hotell vid vistelse i Macae.

Uma surpresa não muito agradável de como o hotel se deteriorou. Fiquei neste mesmo hotel a vários anos atrás, era realmente outra categoria. Em geral o hotel precisa de manutenção, colchões bem ruins. Café da manhã muito fraco. Mudou bastante. Uma pena.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Macaé. Os funcionários são ótimas pessoas que deixam você bem confortável. A academia é bem estruturada, e a piscina é boa para crianças, com adultos supervisionando, quartos bem organizado.
