The hotel has a good location for that specific area. Breakfast was descent and not super crowded, good choices overall. The room was okay but the phone did not work, the room service was not available.

Estava hospedada no Golden Tulip Vitória, e por isso fiz a nossa ultima reserva da mossa viagem em familia no Golden Tulip Macaé, deixer de fazer no Ramada pracfazer lá, mas nem de longe o de Macaé se compara com o de Vitória, parece o primo pobre, foquei impressionada como a rede deixa o hotel naquele estado. A porta do meu quarto estava toda estufada, descascando que ate emperrava, o ar condicionado do segundo quarto nao funcionava, a lampada do bamheiro estava queimada, há paredes descascando e infiltrações por toda parte, corredores, quartos , bamheiros, inclusive na recepção abaixo do ar condicionado, a cama do meu quarto eram duas camas de solteiro e ficava um mondeongo no meio, os colchões não são confortáveis.O café é simples e sem atrativos, bom mesmo só a vista maravilhosa com mascer do sol espetacular. Fico triste por avaliar um hotel assim, apontando tantos defeitos, mas isso é na esperanca dos problemas serem resolvidos, porque memso que seja simples, se for bem cuidado, zelado e ter um pouco de capricho, tuso muda para melhor.

Bem localizado e com preço justo

Gostei muito do Hotel. Confortável, bem localizado, com uma bela vista. Pessoal educado e competente. Excelente café da manhã. Recomendo atenção aos que forem de carro porque o estacionamento não é cobrado, mas são poucas vagas e é bem apertado. Ponto alto para a orientação dos quartos, voltados para sudeste. Outro ponto positivo, em especial para estadas mais longas, é a pia de cozinha. Por último, achei o banheiro MUITO pequeno.

Voltariamos, boa localização.

Atendimento atencioso, ambiente agradável, café da manhã gostoso e com variedade, restaure tem um peixe excelente mas poderia melhorar em outros pratos, quarto muito bom, banheiro pequeno mas limpo, nossa cama uma estava sem resistência no centro do colchão agredindo pelo desgaste, amamos a piscina porém o bar estava sempre fechado e não tinha como consumir bebidas ou petiscos acredito que seria mais agradável e utilizado se funcionasse. O sistema de toalhas da piscina também poderia melhorar, ter que ir até a recepção, assinar um documento e depois subi para cobertura não é muito prático. Mas no geral gostamos da experiência e localização, voltaríamos com certeza.

Hotel precisa ser mais bem cuidado

O atendimento foi muito bom. Entretanto, o hotel está mal cuidado. Os quartos São espaçosos, mas realmente está muito mal cuidado. Colocaram-nos em um quarto que estava com vazamento e com o ar quebrado. Trocaram para outro, que estava funcionando, mas o ar-condicionado estava com o filtro extremamente sujo. A piscina estava bem suja, mas após reclamações, foi limpa à noite. O café da manhã tem uma variedade razoável. Em suma, não é digno de um Golden Tulip. Não compensa o preço, pois há opções muito melhores.
