Quarto limpo, porém o banheiro nem tanto (limpa entre os azulejos do box); Café da manhã impecável; Wi-Fi top (sinal legal e velocidade tbm; Funcionalidade, no meu quarto, tinha um ar condicionado da Samsung com um controle remoto de outra marca, que não controlava o mesmo. Deixei o controle da na recepção quando eu fui sair pra dar um volta e avisei do problema, quando eu retornei me entregaram o mesmo controle remoto aviando que haviam resolvido. Subi e não resolveu nada, conclusão o ar estava ligagado em temperatura e um vento que eu não sei, eu, me esposa (grávida) e minha filha de 8 anos passamos calor a noite.

Gostei do hotel, mas o atendimento da funcionaria Ester, deixou a desejar, houve um episodio em q meu filho entrou no elevador e despencou 2 andares, aoapertarem o sinal de emergencia , ngm atendeu, e qdo fomos relatar pra atendente, duvidou , falando q e normal..ao fechar a conta pedimos pra esperar os outros 2 quartos pra pagar os adicionais tudo junto... O pior Íbis que eu já me hospedei.

Quartos apertadíssimos, serviços super limitados, elevadores que demoram eternidade, atendimento, conservação e qualidade em geral muito abaixo até mesmo do padrão Íbis.
