Hotel bom! Café da manhã, conforto e limpeza, tudo bom. Peca apenas no wi-fi, velocidade baixíssima, conexão ruim. Realmente um problema pra quem precisa trabalhar do hotel.

Hotel bem localizado mas deixa a desejar nos serviços. O quarto nao foi limpo, disseram que passaram antes das 10 da manha e nós estavamos la.....não voltaram. Cafe da manha precario, faltando alimentos, nao repunham, talheres de baixa qualidade.

Estadia razoável, com dificuldade de se consumir o cafe da manha nos horarios de pico. Demora de reposição de talheres, pratos, copos, comida, limpar mesa etc.

Muito bem localizado, em frente a praia dos cavaleiros. Local seguro, com varias opções de restaurantes e algumas casas noturnas. O staff é atencioso, apenas a limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, O desjejum é basico, sem grandes opções, dá para o gasto.

Localização excelente. De frente para a praia e próximo de todos os restaurantes de todos os tipos. Nao gostei do check in marcado para duas horas e só conseguir entrar uma hora depois, falta de um cafezinho na recepção e guarda sol e cadeira de praia como cortesia para os hóspedes, itens comuns nos hotéis proximos.

Macaé Praia Cavaleiros eu recomendo.

O Hotel é bem localizado, uma vista mto bonita para a praia. Pedi um apto. com vista para a praia me deram com vista para o estacionamento. Faltou energia no apto. Não tinha nada no frigobar, não sei é politica do hotel.

Gostei de tudo.

O único problema foi a limpeza do quarto. Fui tomar meu café e coloquei a mensagem para fazer a limpeza. Isso era 8 da manhã. Uma da tarde meu quarto ainda estava sujo. Fui na recepção, falei com um cara. As duas recepcionistas me olharam estranhamente. Trato com pessoas o dia inteiro e posso afirmar que NUNCA devemos fazer caras e bocas quando um cliente chegar ou reclamar. Haja naturalmente e procure ajuda, caso não saiba resolver.
