“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....

“Beautiful location, the hot springs were wonderful and there's access to the river. Staff was very nice and accommodating even though our Spanish is terrible. They helped us connect with our tour to Colca Canyon in the morning. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room was cozy and comfortable.”

“Excelente estadía , fui por trabajo y me dieron las comodidades para poder hacerlo, el personal muy servicial el desayuno fue bueno, punto de mejora, revisar sus griferias se pasaba el agua por el inodoro toda la noche.”
